Purpose
The story extension activities are linked to the
Connecting Text page. The other links displayed in the project index are resources available to support the development and implementation of these and future Internet activities.
These Web-based story extension activities are designed to support individual students who are in the emergent and beginning stages of reading/writing. The intent is to scaffold opportunities
for students to practice literacy skills and strategies consistent with corresponding individual
instruction. All activities are and will
continue to be "works in progress"!
