This video is about Natural Language Processing(NLP) within a company. The company uses NLP for their customer service as artificial intelligence is used alongside chatbots to help customers interact on their website. It goes through the process of a user entering a query into the chat box and in response the user will get a vocal and text response from the chatbot.
Relevance:
This is relevant to the course due to the use of Natural Language Processing. NLP is was the motivation for Prolog due to high interest in NLP. We associate these with Context-Free Grammars and Definite-Clause Grammars. These are both very useful in Natural Language Processing and can be used in the creating of Chatbots.

This video was very interesting in how it displays the use on Natural Language Processing to create these chatbots for customer service. They are very efficient and they are good at understanding the input, being able to process that input and get an answer for the user. I think this is relevant to the course because NLP is a big part of Prolog programming and probably the biggest reason that prolog exists. I think the video was mostly informitive even though it does not go too in depth with the way that the program function(coding wise) but does a great job mapping out how the process happens.
