  • Early Childhood Institute sponsors comprehensive and challenging research in order to help ensure that America's young children are successful in school and beyond, as well as to enhance their quality of life and that of their families.

  • Early Childhood Research & Practice (ECRP), a peer-reviewed electronic journal, covers topics related to the development, care, and education of children from birth to approximately age 8.

  • National Association for the Education of Young Children is the nation's largest organization of early childhood professionals and others dedicated to improving the quality of early childhood education programs for children birth through age eight.

  • Preschool Zone has a database of teaching ideas and a list of links to research and articles on the Web.

  • Web Portal for Educators, from TeAch-nology.com, provides Early Childhood Education links to curriculum, programs, journals, and research literature.

  • Zero to Three is a national non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to strengthen and support families, practitioners and communities to promote the healthy development of babies and toddlers.
